Terms of use

Govinda Seva is a free tool that helps devotees book TTD SRIVANI Trust Current Day darshan. We are not affiliated with Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD). All darshan booking rules, slot allocation, and fees are set and enforced by TTD.

Using Govinda Seva is always free. We never charge for credits, Govinda AI Agents, or any feature on this site. Any donation you make through the platform is strictly voluntary and never a condition of receiving credits or slots.

Govinda Seva does not collect, process, or hold any funds for darshan bookings. When the Govinda AI Agent reaches TTD's payment page, you pay TTD directly through UPI. Disputes about payment, refunds of darshan fees, or TTD slot allocation must be raised with TTD, not us.

TTD releases a limited number of SRIVANI Current Day slots every morning at 9 AM IST. Slots are first-come-first-served and are often gone within seconds. Our Govinda AI Agent retries TTD's form until it reaches the payment page, but we cannot and do not guarantee a successful booking.

• Provide accurate pilgrim information, including correct Aadhaar numbers. TTD may reject bookings that fail Aadhaar verification.
• Do not share your account with anyone. Each account is one person.
• Do not automate clicking the Govinda AI Agent or scrape our endpoints. Rate limits are in place and abuse will result in a ban.
• Do not use Govinda Seva to resell slots or to charge other devotees a fee for booking — this goes against the reason we exist.

• Credits have no monetary value. They are a book-keeping unit: 1 credit = 1 pilgrim on 1 Govinda AI Agent.
• Credits are granted at the discretion of admins. We may reject a credit request if we suspect abuse.
• Refunds (of credits) are always manual and at admin discretion. Approved refunds return credits only — never cash.

We reserve the right to ban any account for abuse, fraud, commercial resale of slots, or violation of these terms. Banned accounts lose access to all credits with no refund.

We may update these terms. The updated version applies from the date at the top of this page. Continued use after that date is acceptance of the new terms.
